Recently I have been diagnosed with anxiety, in the Past I've thought that I have anxiety, but now I can see I'm completely wrong. I feel so bad constantly!! I'm happy but I feel so ill! Such bad phsycial pain. I'm having headaches on and off, I wake up feeling sick and also feel sick during the day on and off. I got a terrible pain in my jaw also, hurt extremely bad! I have pains down my left arm in the top part and in the bend of my arm and they kill!!sometimes in my right arm too! I also get pains in my hands/ fingers (usually left arm pinky finger) they also hurt, it's a difficult pain to describe. I get these pains down my legs too and they hurt ! My knees feel weak sometimes too , sounds weird but like someone's taking my knee caps off lol! My feet also kill me so much, they like ache by my ankles get pains down my foot and my toes get weird feelings but they really hurt !! My shoulders and neck also hurt, the my left armpit too! My chest absolutely kills me and makes me terrified that there's a heart problem!! I wake up crying sometimes, I'm so
Emotional and I've no clue why! I think I'm just so scared of something going wrong, the doctors say I'm fine and it's just anxiety, but does all of this serious pain really come with it?? It's stopping me from doing things, getting me down and I'm even scared to be on my own, I can't cope with this pain much longer !! :((

Trust me its anxiety believe your doctor I know its difficult when you are in so much pain.accept the pains and don't worry about them just say to yourself I'm going to carry on with the pain and the pain will go once you accept.hope you soon lose your fear of pain and get back to how you was.
Yes, the pain is real. However, TRUST the doctor when he/she says its of psychosomatic origin (arises from your psyche). In the olden days people used to say it's all in your head and to a certain extent that is true.
Have you tried visiting a psychologist who specializes in treating anxiety.
Your doctor might know of a pain clinic to which a referral would be useful. In the meantime this website is a useful resource.
