It all started one night when I was laying in bed, my heart started pounding out of control and I was laying on my boyfriend and he noticed it, once he said something I started to freak out more because of me realizing something wasn't right, then I started to have a tingling sensation in my hands and feet and mildly threw out my body, he tried to calm me down and eventually it worked and my heart returned to normal, but ever since then *about 3 weeks ago* I've been having the worst symptoms, very bad back pain, tingling sensations, chest pain, headaches, panics, twitches, I've been to the hospital 5+ times gotten everything under the sun done and still can't figure it out. I've been referred to 3+ places waiting for results but all my blood work and cat scans and chest X-rays show 100% healthy. I know it's my anxiety. Just looking for feedback if anyone has had similar symptoms, everything I've experienced *tingling sensation when* back and chest pain* still are present along with the occasional panic attack. Please help.

That's the devil anxiety/panic. Nothing more than that. You are not going to die. Just have to find ways to cope with these feelings for now. I get tingling sensation all over my legs that travel up to my stomach and the rest of my body when anxiety is at its highest. I feel like I want to run and scream but I don't. Listen to meditation and breath.
You're not alone, my started very similar. Was leaving the gym and couldn't catch a full breath. Tingling began all over my whole body and I thought I was having a heart attack lol. All is well now though.
Doctors might think it's a pulled muscle, how long did yours take to clear up?
What you experienced was a panic attack. Racing heart, tingling feeling all over body (hands and feet), feeling of impending doom (like the world is about to collapse on you), feeling of being on edge. It is a scary feeling, especially if you've never experienced these symptoms before. They all come at once and you have no idea whats going on. Is there something going on in your life thats making you anxious? Or are you worried that something is wrong with your health? If the doctors are saying that you're 100% healthy and nothing is wrong you need to trust them. As far as treating the anxiety, anxiety is all based on a thought process. You need to find what thoughts you're having when having these symptoms. Are you worried about your health? Once you determine what is causing it you need to mitigate that thought process. Focus your thoughts on something positive. You need to retrain your mind to think rationally and with positive thoughts. Its a process but if you put your mind to it you can do it! Good luck and I hope this helps.
