Ok so the doctor took blood on Tuesday this week after me keep going in she wanted to check my cholesterol and other things this week and said I'd head back in a week. I've just had a call off my doctors asking me to go in today asap. frightened to death!!!

I know but normally i get told all was ok on the phone! Health anxiety immediately making me thing I've got dangerous blood diseases and everything else

So shockingly there was news!! It's my liver they found a problem with which surprised me! She said some levels in it are up & she wants to rule out cancer/hepatitis which frightened me a bit. I thought it'd be about my cholesterol

Please try not to worry, I was really unwell for 6 weeks in Dec/Jan all sorts of awful physical symptoms along with extreme fatigue and rapid weight loss, all my blood tests were fine except my liver function was high, I like you was convinced it was something sinister but had loads of tests and all good and was told all my awful symptoms were anxiety, now 6 months on I feel much better and in my last blood test my liver function had come down a bit, I wonder if anxiety can actuallt effect our liver function? any way Im sure it will be fine, very common apparantly the Doc at the ER told me.

I hope so. Shockingly it's not really bothering me too much, I've sort of accepted it is what it is. Only I could go to the doctors with reflux and come out with liver issues 😅 Bloody typical haha
