got diagnosed with hypothyroidism /:

my thyroid levels were really low (i thought i was just having a bad bit of anxiety). The doctor said it could've been caused by stress which scares me so badly because it shows that anxiety is already taking a toll on my body and i'm only 21. Hypothyroidism is now something I will have forever. Because of my anxiety. So now I'm wondering what's next? Sorry for the depressing post, I just needed to vent.

How long have you been suffering from anxiety? There's a new book out by Anthony William called Medical Medium Thyroid Healing: The Truth behind Hashimoto's, Graves', Insomnia, Hypothyroidism, Thyroid Nodules & Epstein-Barr. I have his first book which was really interesting and got the Life Changing Foods one on order, I'm not very familiar with the thyroid but his book might help.
