This is so crazy. Not feeling good today. Started cleaning out my closet and anxiety hit. Shaking, breathing off, nausea. What the heck?

Did you find something thst reminded you of bad time in the past? Cos I get proper bad if I do that!
I got rid of two dresses that didn't fit that reminded me of loved ones. Didn't think about that. Thankd
Your welcome! I find it's best for me to clear out stuff when there's somebody with me or when I can go out of the house afterwards as I find it makes my anxiety bad.😊
Hi sometimes anxiety just comes out of the blue I had similar experience 3 months ago was feeling great ,and decided to tidy my chest off draws out .and wow full blown anxiety attack ! I don't know what started it or why it just came on like that.
