Dental anxiety

Hi guys,

So few years back I suffered some painful dental issues which got resolved but till this day I get worried about any small twinge in my teeth and run to a dentist to clear my worry. I also clench at night which doesn't help.. I've considered seeing a hypnotherapy specialist to see if I can getaway from this worry of pain. Part of me knows it's in my head other part actually feels pain.

Good to hear that you're weighing your options, Raylon. Go see the hypnotherapist and see if it helps. Real or imagined, pain is pain and it still hurts. Best of luck to you!
