Hi I rang the Drs yesterday and spoke to the nurse to get my results from the 24 hr heart monitor and it was all clear ....yay . So let's see how long it takes before I'm worried again that something is wrong . Just wish I can go I'm fine and nothing to ever worry about . I am really trying though 😀

Hello jodz x yes I new you were going to have good results x yes I know where your coming from x I've had all these feelings thoughts and everything else that goes with thus shitty anxiety x try think positive x nit easy but it really does work x last year I felt so ill lije you x sverything you've had I've been though it x keep calm don't think the worst all the time x take time out to relax x I'm a fine one to be saying this to you x u couldn't of Saud thus last year x but i'm through the worst if it now x and I will beat it x I'm 98% better x so just 2% to go x take care jodz x keep in touch x
