Chest rush

Hey everyone recently i been having this wierd feeling in my chest that feels like my heart is eaither going to stop or it races kinda like a adrenaline rush like if you are in a roller coaster it comes and it goes i never felt this the it kinda worries me to think maybe somethings wrong with my heart

Im feeling the same adrenaline rush down my arms and chest....doctor said its coz of the anxiety...i hate it

I have the same issue as well when I have panic attacks. It's scary and makes me lose my vision sometimes, but breath through it and try something to take your mind off of it. It's usually noticing it that makes it worse.
