That book Cat has recommended is in my opinion the best book for teaching how to heal yourself of anxiety. It's a classic. In the u.k. the same book is titled 'Self help with your nerves'. The Acceptance method devised by the author Doctor Claire Weekes is life changing. (And it deals with agrophobia too). Easily available on Amazon.
