Need advice

Hello everyone, I am having an extremely difficult time believing that my symptoms are from aniexty and not some type of medicine I took that caused these reactions. I have been to every doctor. Who else is having a hard time believing it as well? Trying to find a way to cope with it. Life is so unfair 😔

Tingling legs buzzing in feet feel off balance pains everywhere feel like I'm going to die and not know what is wrong with me.

I understand and go thru this every day, dizziness, palpitations, pain, stomach issues, also been to many doctors, er visits, so far no explanation except anxiety.
