Hungirl: I have been living with anxiety for 34 years and yes, I feel as you do. My anxiety began because I have PVC's. I get up every morning and ask myself, 'will I die today?' That is a question no one can answer. Truth is anyone could die at any time. We are hard wired to feel this way. We can change our thoughts. Stress and worry are the worst things that can occur in our lives. We must be kind to ourselves and allow ourselves to rest our minds. This can be very hard to do. I have tried exercise, vitamins, meditation, napping, and drugs, Zoloft and Xanax. Zoloft seemed to help the most. I also suffer from SAD or seasonal affective disorder. I hope you are feeling better soon. Find a good doctor that will actually listen to what you are saying. Many of them brush us off. Don't settle for this. Therapy can also help. That is my next option.
