Work tomorrow

I can feel my heart starting to beat faster and faster as it gets closer to going back to work tomorrow.

Sound like how I was for 2-3 months, however it had nothing to do with going back to work. I was working during all that, but it seemed like my heart was beating harder and faster throughout the day. It definitely was enough to scare me. You're not alone there!

How did you get over it ? Or deal with it...

Well my doctor ordered quite a few heart related tests. Once everything came back normal and good I just trusted their expert opinions. It gave me peace of mind as well. But leading up to the tests and even during I was a basket case.

Something Ive gotta start doing soon. Been signed off work for a while due to my work being safety critical. Can see myself being a bit like this. Best of luck, you can do this!
