Meeting at work tomorrow.

Well it's finally happened, my company has now received my medical report , and requested me attendant a meeting tomorrow friday I know whats going to happen ,because in my report it states that I will not be able to carry on with my position and that its going to be very unlikely I will be able to work again because of my health issues and that no medication can help me , I'm not looking forward to tomorrow please keep your fingers crossed for me .

what kind of work do you do? Is there a way to stay at your current company and do something else? It may be time to get an ADA. Did you get injured at your work? Good luck 🍀

Hello I work in a care home as a domestic assistant but no changes can be made or anything different because of my safety.

Oh, so you can’t even work at the front desk because some of them get physical. Maybe you could do paperwork or something off sight. If not, maybe see if you can find a common ground. I really hope you weren’t injured on site. Maybe talk to a lawyer before signing anything.

My old manager was but not this new one just wanted me to resign because of my health, also so can get someone to take my place.
