Palpitations won't go away!!!
we on the same boat its crazy feeling but mines is rapidly and chest spasm
I had this a few days ago lasted 4 days I had a hear monitor put on. Mine feel like my hear stops and restarts. I am waiting on results they assure me that the preliminary look ok but I hate this and I have had this before. I am sure it's fine e but check your heart rate and Bp
Have you seen your pcp and gotten a clean bill of health?! I've been going through this for the past 5-6 months. Numerous ecg's, blood work, stress echo test, and 48 hour holter monitor. ALL my results came back normal and completely fine! Sometimes just getting some tests done can put your mind at ease and help calm down all the symptoms you're experiencing.
I went to see the Dr after suffering with palpitations ,had almost all the tests available.to find out I am sensitive to caffeine and a sweetener called aspartameits in nearly all diet drinks and some yogerts .Since changing to decaffeinated tea and coffee I've been so much better hope this helps you take care

Palpitations mean different things to different people, some mean they can feel their heart beating strongly, others feel missed heartbeats occasionally. With the latter it's not actually a missed heartbeat it's just that particular heartbeat is mistimed.
Palpitations are a very common symptom of anxiety and usually go away by themselves but if they ladt for any time then for yourvown reassurance you should go talk to your doctor about it.
I'm experiencing missed heartbeats at the moment but they don't bother or frighten me in the least because I've had them twice before, 5 years agoand 10 years ago, and they will pass. I think that concentrating on them too much makes them stay. I know I have them because of a few stressful issues that have come along. So just accept your palpitations and they will eventually pack their bags and leave.
