When will the palpitations go away

It's been four months since I've been aware of my heart beating in my chest, and it still hasn't gone away. Number one cause of my anxiety 😔

I have that sometimes. Some days i might have it a 2/3 times throughout the day, other times it might be less, i hate it, its scary, then i cant sleep and everything is worse on too of it, i also have the burning skin sensation which isnt nice either. All in all, anxiety can be so debilitating.

No you don't need a blood test, magnesium taurate has vitamin B6 in it which helps too. 100 mg a day will help you.
