Feel weird...

Idk what's going on idk how to explain it I just feel wierd like I feel like I'm fine but at the same time I'm dying and I can't control it I feel like I'm going to die but I feel like my body's fine my heads just telling me that. It's hard to explain but I am scared and want to sleep so I don't have to feel this way

This is how we all feel when we have anxiety disorder. It's a constant fear that eats you from inside. You need to let go. Keep yourself busy, so things that you enjoy and remember you are not the only one feeling this way.

Would you listen to someone who was wrong 100% of the time?

Probably not.

The same holds true for our sense of fear or dying. These last few hours, I feel off, I keep getting dizzy and get sweaty and it feels TERRIBLE, but at the same time, this was nothing before, it's nothing now and surely, we're healthy people with an irrational fear.

We think this way because for so long we've thought or feared this way. We now have a neuropathway developed in our brain that misreads everything that's "weird" or "not right" as a sign of our life being in danger. So our bodies go through these natural responses, which scare us even more.

Something that comforts me and helps me is, the FACT that God holds the breath and the life of everything in His hands. NOTHING will take you too soon and nothing can keep you here any longer.

Think back on the regret you have in the evening for not doing that thing you used to do or that thing you wanted to do, all for the fear of dying or having a panic attack. Here you are, after all these times, ALIVE and WELL. Tell yourself that you're healthy, tell em that you're healthy. Tell the world that you're healthy, because you are! Tell your body and the fact that you have this anxiety is proof that you KNOW the CURE!

We're in this mess because we've created it by habitual negative thinking. It didn't happen overnight. In the same way, we can cure this by changing our "glasses" to find the positive in everything. Before we had the negative glasses and those never worked. They got us where we didn't want to go. So let's throw those away and do what we know works.

I always feel like this too. It's like, I'm fine but I always feel like it's the end. It sucks

Like right now for example lol I really am dealing with something I've never dealt with before. Lightheadedness/ dizzy/ numbness in the left arm but I'm not giving into it. I've had so many ekg's and week long holter monitors, and stress tests. I'm fine and I know I'm fine. The anxiety won't heal overnight but I know it will be gone and I'm not viewing it as a failure to my healing process but a step along the way. Hey, it might be my last one!

Yes, the fact that you are thinking the way you are thinking shows that you are headed in the right direction! Maybe the numbness can be from laying on it or maybe you can be tense on your left side more than your right side. I'm Happy you have hope and I know we will all overcome this soon.

Yup! Probably is from sleeping on it weird or tending up from nervousness. I forced myself out to eat with family earlier and I didn't feel like it but did it anyway and said, "it's a test of faith" and pressed on. Love to see you thinking positive too!
