Woke up feeling good. Bit dizzy but otherwise ok. As the days gone on I've felt more sluggish. Then I was at my desk on the computer and got this horrible upper &flower back pain! Had it twice and both times made me feel physically sick but only for a moment. Then I went really dizzy with worry. Anyone had this? Know what it is?

It could be your posture when sat at your computer desk.
Yes it could be the sitting at your desk. Having said that when I get back/muscle pain, that makes me dizzy and nauseous.
