How is the dizziness you other anxiety sufferers get? :( is it like a vertigo where the surroundings are spinning? Or do you yourself feel woozy and lighteheaded? And does anyone else sometimes feel like there is slight pressure on neck or shoulders?

I am often dizzy and sometimes have full on vertigo. What i hate are the intense 4-5 seconds of vertigo where i have tograb onto the nearest thing !!

I get this alot, but have attributed it lately to the pollen being so bad. Its an awful feeling and in combination with the palps, you have to be very careful not to go into full panic that its something medical.....been there, done that. lol

I wonder if anybody had found any relief from the dizziness. I have been going through it for about 2 years as well. Finally I gave up thinking that something is seriously wrong with me and I blame it on anxiety. I took some time off from work and I started anxiety meds. No relief as of yet.

Meclizine does nothing for me.
