Loosing appetite is depression there's a deeper root in your heart that needs to be healed...
I had the same thing for about 6 weeks and was convinced it was something sinister
Unbalanced and dizzy, wobbly legs, stomach pains, no appetite, weight loss and that awful feeling like my whole body was trembling inside. Also dronning vibrations in my head. I found it so hard to beleive that it could all be caused by anxiety as I was so unwell. But all tests came back normal and I'm much better now. Try to accept its anxiety and just go with it and you will feel much better soon
Does anyone actually feel anxious for these symptoms to start. I dont feel anxious but get all these things that make me feel so unwell. Mine started when i left my husband of 22years and took our 2 boys, we lived with family for 4 months 9 of us in a 3 bed house, had our own place for a year now and to start with i was very anxious never been on my own, then it leveled out, now feeling rubbish again. I also have ibs
I didn't think I was anxious when mine started with the dizzy feelings and then I was worrying about it and had a sudden onset of all the other awful physical symptoms. The worse was the extreme fatigue and the shaking inside my body and head
At the moment i have what i describe as vibrating inside my body and head it can be anywhere, anytime.
I have the exact same thing, for about 5 weeks over Christmas/ January I had it so bad , I also had the wobbly leg feeling and felt like I was walking on a boat. Terrible tummy pains in the morning, upset bowel, vision problems when texting and on the computer, no appetite etc etc. The vibrating/ tremors in by body have def settled down now but still wake up in the morning and sometimes during the night with the vibrating feeling in my head, like a generator is running. In the mornings I feel like i have a bad hangover but I have not had a drink?. I am at menopause age so not sure if that kicked it all off.
I have all of this, last sunday i went to out of hours doctor as my legs didnt feel they could hold me up, i had an upset tummy, backache, sicky feeling, had 2 hours sleep all night, tummyache, my legs hurt so much and my appetite is terrible. Im 41 years old
I also ended up at the ER twice, Ive never had anything like it before and Im 54 so really didnt beleive them that anxiety could be the cause, I even ended up paying $2000 for a colonoscopy as my bowels were constpated then the opposite, terrible tummy pains, two positive samples of blood in my stool samples, no appetite and I lost 5kgs in 6 weeks and I never lose weight even if I try lol. I was sure i must have bowel cancer but, my colonoscopy was fine nothing found. I was also sure I must have something like MS with all those other weird symptoms and it was reading other peoples stories on here that had the exact same symptoms due to anxiety that really helped me feel better and then my appetite came back, the tummy issues went, the wobbly legs went away etc. I still have the unbalanced feelings alot and the vibrations in my head but otherwise feel pretty good, Im sure you will come right too, just try not to worry and dont google, Im sure thats what made mine all exculate.
Ive had that camera due to ibs nothing was found also had the one down my throat due to having reflux, had blood tests, scans, mri, ct scans and ultrasound all clear. I do find it hard to believe that anxiety can cause all these symptoms.
We're you on the same pills ?
Im not actually on any pills, i tried one called Northriptaline for 5 days but I couldnt handle the awful side effects, so stopped taking them. I think I started to get better just by beleiving it wasnt something life threatening and trying to just not let the symptoms freak me out if you know what I mean.
