I'm anxious tonight too, Johnnie. It's just been one of those weekends.

So many things can make your chest hurt. Believe me, I know. Of course don't hesitate to get help if you really feel your life is in danger, though.

Try to focus on relaxing and breathing slowly. Trust your cardiologist if he said your heart is healthy.

Try addressing your anxiety issues to see if it helps with your chest pains? Don’t hesitate to see your doctor again though if you’re still in discomfort.

Take care x

Hi Johnnie, could it be something you ate that's causing indigestion? Hope you are better this morning.😉

Johnnie, I honestly think you should accept a course of meds to give you some respite as you don't seem to have made progress and you've been suffering quite bad for a long time.

Your postings always consist of reports about your symptoms and nothing else, nothing about any positive steps taken to overcome the cause of your symptoms: anxiety.

I can't see this changing: an anti anxiety med will help you greatly.

How can it possibly be better going without meds. Your 200 or more posts have described a life that I would say is terrible - constant pain, heart racing etc. How can meds make it worse - especially when you have NEVER EVEN TRIED THEM?

If your not going to do anything to help yourself, then why keep going on about your symptoms. You want to whine about your anxiety. Everyone on here is telling you to take some meds to take the edge off and you keep saying no.

No one can help you unless your willing to listen then apply some of the advice people are giving u. For goodness sake help yourself.
