Hi , yes... I've had twitching and it drives me nuts .. It used to worry me lots .. My thumbs used to do it , I'd sleep with them tucked in my fist... Try not to worry and slowly these twitches should subside ..

Hi thanks for reply. I still twitch esp when I'm really anxious. It's horrible x

Where did you get twiches? I'm so worried. Docs keep saying it's Anxiety :(

Mostly in my thighs , arms and thumbs .. Sometimes eyelids.. I even got a friend to google.. ( which is a massive no no) I was convinced it was a disease !! I'm still here and it has subsided .. Tho my thumbs still jump and occasionally it bothers me if I think too much!! It can also be a medication side effect too!

Generally it's because the adrenalin has no where to go so causes muscle jerks and twitches .., you'll be ok .
