Anxiety at mall

Yesterday my Anxiety is so bad I was going to the mall is the store my head start to feel dizzy .I try to control it but I couldn't i have to take a PRN and about 15 minutes I was okay I did my shopping I was anxious. Thanks God my grandson was with me and I keep telling myself I can get true this.

This happened to me in a store once, and now every time I go in that store I freak out. I am still going in though, not going to let it get the better of me.

First time it happened I was eating at a restaurant and now I have problems trying to go anywhere.

You have to remind your self that you. You can go you and nothing is going to happen it all in our minds we can control it let us be strong and fight it let tell it to Jesus he will take it away let join in prayer one day and take back our lives from the devil he is not going to make us feel afraid any more.

I take Lorazepam 1gm just when I can not control it I do not depend on it you have to get a rescipetion go talk to your doctor

I take a low dose of Xanax but it doesn't help much.

ask yourdoctor to give you the one I am taking it works
