I also have people commenting on how much my body (not just hands tremble and shake, which makes me self conscious). Even my face trembles. It is awful and I feel like hiding. But people were concerned and worried and I couldnt explain why my body was behaving like that. My mum mostly was concerned, my children got used to it, but I think my mum thought I was druggy or something.

these are all very common symptoms of anxiety...but they can also be something else. best thing is to get checked by your doctor to rule out anything other than anxiety.

You need to see your doc ASAP . Jaw pain can be symptom of possible heart attack .

he said he has been checked and the doctor has said its anxiety you do get jaw and arm pain from anxiety aswell as you do a heart attack both are similar.

I've been getting these for a number of weeks now I'm sure if it was a heart attack it would of happened by now wouldn't it?

I also get shoulder and neck pain. I think it is when we feel really tense. I am asthmatic, so take inhalers to help me with this, but there was a point when I was leaning out of the window, begging for oxygen. Only my middle child knew how I was feeling. My ex husband didnt care as he had his JOB to think about.Sucks doesnt it.
