i took some pain meds and now i feel nauseated,woozy and its making me panic i took some of my vitals it seemed ok but still freaking out

dessi, I hope by now things have settled down. There was a time that I was on a pain pill for my migraines. I always made sure that I ate something before taking the medication to avoid nausea. I had the luxury of lying down to avoid the woozy feeling. But I can understand how that would prompt your anxiety if you were walking around. Feeling dizzyheaded has always been a fear for me so when taking a med that causes that, of course it would feed into my anxiety.
