Falling dropping sensation

Yesterday i had a very bad panic attack and since then i have a dropping feeling sensation in my head, is this normal? Have anyone else experienced this ??

Yes all the time and head pressure then I could have a headache afterwards as well. Annoying !!!!!

Do you still experience the falling/ dropping sensation or have you found out anymore about what was causing it? Was panic attack related? Asking because I’ve been dealing with the same thing.

I've had that a few times, once REALLY badly where it felt like the ground was falling below me, similar to being on an elevator. It passed after about 5-10 minutes, varying in intensity.
