I have been working in my yard and flower beds today... mulching & getting my hands in the dirt. I love it. There is something about being outside with the fresh air and sunshine with the birds chirping all around that helps me relieve some built up tension and stress. What seems to help you guys feel better? X π

I like walking and hiking as well!
Hiking in the mountains is hard to beat.
Yup. No phones... just putting one foot in front of the other ππ»
I like to go backpacking for a few days at a time. Take my pack.. my hammock and some good ol MRE and I'm set lol
Best way to do it, go hiking and sleep out under the stars

Chopping wood and stacking it.
To release the stress you accept the stress whatever you are doing and wherever you are.
I like to write stories as way to relieve stress. If the story is pretty good, then I animate it on my computer.
Drawing, and playing relaxing video games help me a lot. Going out for walks, or playing with my cat. Sometimes, just being in bed, and just crying, letting it all out is best.
