Cold like symptoms

Anyone else get cold like symptoms that come and go with anxiety?? My sinuses are always blocked.. sore throat... snotty .. hard to swallow basically jus feel like my heads sum where else! 🙃

Me too! What's all that about?? I eat all the right things .. gym most days an feel like crap every day! Anxiety 😡😡

Definitely! I used to think I got flu a lot but, looking back, it was anxiety attacks = hot and cold, shivering, muzzy headed etc anxiety is exhausting that's for sure so it's no wonder we get physical symptoms! You might also have an allergy though so always best to get it checked by your Dr.
