Flu like symptoms?
I do sunshine002, flu like pain w/o a fever. From years of keeping muscles on alert. The more you move the better you will feel. x
Thanks so much for your response 🙂 Even though I don't feel much like it,feeling weak... maybe I should go to the gym and relieve some of this tension?
I use to do water aerobics which helped not only the muscles but breathing, the heart and building up the endorphin level. Since not exercising anymore, I use hot baths, warms heat wraps and sometime a Tylenol.
Using relaxation and deep breathing throughout the day, help me immensely. Always remember to hydrate, it is sooo important. Take care
I feel like this a lot. Every day I feel ill like I have the awful flu and my whole body aches and have so many physical symptoms but on the rare occasions my anxiety eased slightly so do my symptoms. It's really difficult to accept that it's all from anxiety.
It's so awful! I pray you get some relief soon 🙂
It is so difficult to try to carry on and feel like this all the time. I hope we can both be strong and get through this x
I get flue like symptoms. Just b4 my depression. Comes on or similar symptoms about 2 weeks b4 it kicks in properly. Sorry to say!!! Hope it is just a cold. Steve. 😉
Oh gosh i hope it's a cold as well! 😳 😜
Turns out I do have depression. You called it lol finally went to a counselor who diagnosed me 😞
I am so sorry that it is depression, but at least now you know what you are dealing with, it is now time to work out what helps you to come out of it. We are all different and therefore don't all react the same to medications or cognitive therapies but there is a lot of help out there. Good luck and I wish you happiness. Steve.
Thanks so much
Just remember though that however bad you get there is always light at the end of the tunnel (I know at the time you probably think it's the train coming😅lol) but it's not, now I have accepted that my depression will keep coming back it's more about getting treatment and shortening the time I am ill... It's down to about 3months now from times b4 that have lasted 18 - 26 months. Steve
