I know anxiety comes with many physical symptoms (many which I have) but do these sound like anxiety symptoms:
Sharp pain on one side of head
Pain in neck
Popping ear
Watery eye
Twitching eye
Warm feeling behind eye
Tinnitus
Pressure in head when leaning forward.
Halo vision
Hurts to move my head to the side
These are all on the right side of my head. I have had my eyes examined and they are ok so I know it's not a problem with my sight.
Yes had every single one of them plus more.. And could not believe anxiety could do this.
Thankyou. Tell me about it. I've had this head pain on and off for almost a week now!! Pain killers aren't doing much good. It's so hard getting my head round the fact anxiety can give you so many physical symptoms.
You have no idea, I was in and out of my dr's, hospital you name it, any symptomn i got I thought I was a goner, I kept saying something has to be wrong with me, this cant be anxiety, I had cat scans, Mri, xrays cardiologists, Neurologists, nerve testing you name it, all to say it was anxiety,, those were one of the more worst few months of my life, then the Prozac kicked in (knock on wood). I still get some here and there but usually a week or few days before my "friend" (time of month) comes.
Same here I've had test after test. Been to the ER a few times. I am at the drs Monday. I'm pleased the Prozac worked for you. I know every time I have physical symptoms I convince myself it's serious. To be honest though the physical symptoms got worse after I was diagnosed with anxiety, so that alone should tell me it's all anxiety. Just easier said than done.
Tight neck muscle can do that. If you massage the muscles in your scalp does it hurt?
No not particularly. Yeh I have been tensing alot lately
You might have a sinus infection. Get a referral for a ct scan from your doctor to verify
That's a possibility. Someone else also mentioned cluster headaches to me
Does anyone here get like a tingling feeling in their head from time to time
I do quite often. Comes out of nowehere too.
I have all these symptoms too all day long, i feel it hard to believe its just anxiety
