Please help

Nothing feels real and my muscles are so tight I can barely move. Except for this horrible shaking. I feel like I'm in a bad dream. I'm about to go to the ER because I think I'm dying but I don;t have insurance right now so I'll end up with a huge bill. My body/brain won't stop freaking out

I took a xanax, it took a while but I'm feeling better. I just hate feeling so sick all the time. I always think I'm going to die lol

I had a really bad episode yesterday I was sure something was wrong with me I too felt like I was dying and wanted to go to the hospital then I took propropanol and Valium and it really helped I actually couldn't believe that all it was was anxiety, this disorder is such a mind f**k!

It surely does mess with your mind a lot like you know its anxiety but somewhere in the back of your mind your questioning it uuugh i hate anxiety.

Have faith. It is sooooo difficult to have faith when things are so totally overwhelming. I know all about it and the tight muscles. Just the fact that you posted this message is a sliver of hope. Hope for more slivers.
