Oh DEFINITELY!! I lost about 30 pounds and was utterly convinced that I had cancer and was going to die before Christmas. Obviously that wasn't case, as I am alive and... well? I guess? Doing the best I can anyway. Don't worry, you're fine.

Yes it's quite normal

Yes, I've lost 22 pounds since November bc I have no appetite what so ever.
