Anyone else distancing themselves from friends?

Since my anxiety has gotten really bad I find myself distancing myself from my friends. I fear that they will think I'm going crazier or weird. I know how difficult it is for others without anxiety to understand my situation and I tend to just isolate myself and only hang out with my fiancé, baby, and close family.

You don't have to tell them if you fear that. It's okay to isolate yourself at the minute but try to perhaps engage a little. Just carry on and talk about other things other than anxiety when you do meet. That alone will help a little. People who don't have anxiety don't get it unfortunately. I used to be one of these until I got it myself.
