Hi cristiance_0502, I was wondering if you ever followed up with your doctor after going to the Emergency Room a little over a week ago with Tach heart beat? Usually the ER doctors will advise doing that.Since you are continuing to have physical problems, it would be better you get some advice from your own doctor. He may advise you to go on medication for a short time or have some therapy. Something is causing you to have panic attacks. We can help support you but not diagnose you. Let us know what your next step is.
No. He just told me that it was an unspecified anxiety disorder and he did not send me anywhere. That is my hope that I have anxiety and I hope these symptoms go away.
The thing is cristiance, telling you it's unspecified anxiety disorder but not giving you a road to take in feeling better is making you stuck. Stuck in fear and confusion. The symptoms will not go away on there own without you working at it. My advice at this point is to start being your own health advocate. Read about ways that anxiety can be addressed. A good book on the market is Dr Claire Weekes on Acceptance of Anxiety and its fears.
Seeking out a therapist that you can talk to even a few times will put you in the right direction. Right now you are not convinced that it is anxiety (I can tell) and until you fully understand what you are dealing with, it will continue to grow.
Hello Cristiance I'm so sorry you are feeling so bad I see you have been told it is anxiety by a doctor Panic can make you feel so weak it drains you
I agree with everything that Agora has said The Dr Claire Weekes books are wonderful you will find information about her on You Tube
For the next week or so consider yourself ill and rest if you can and see how you feel don't try and fight it just be very kind to yourself as you would be if you had a physical illness then if you don't see any improvement at all go back to your doctor
Good luck and remember there are lots of good people on this forum who will listen understand and give you help and support 😉
have you had a full blood count - and been tested for thyroid, B12 deficiency, folate deficiency and vitamin D deficiency?
This is a link to the symptoms of B12 deficiency
pernicious-anaemia-society....
if other things on there seem familiar then I would recommend that you join the PAS forum on health unlocked as the usual test for B12 deficiency is not as reliable as many doctors think it is and getting a dignosis can be difficult.
I would also look at magnesium deficiency, it can play havoc with your nerves and brain.
