Hello :-)

You look so young and when I looked at your profile it says you are 39 , now if that is not a mistake I would love your secret on how you keep looking so young and well :-/

Yes this can be a side effect of medication and one that will usually subside as we get used to them however if it becomes worse or continues then speak with your Doctor , it could be they might look at changing the medication but they will advise you well what to do for the best :-)

Take Care x

Thank you very much for that, yes 39 40 in November. I will wait a little while longer also going to my dr tomorrow as I will let him now. And it doesnt help that my shoulders are always up to my ears..

Would still love to know your secret of how to stay so young :-D

The shoulder problem could well be tension we do tend to clench muscles even without realizing it till we feel the pain , maybe try some relaxation exercises for anxiety which if you go on you tube you will come across so many and could choose the one that suites you the best but I am sure your Doctor will give you peace of mind and do let us know how you get on :-) x

I will keep you posted, also going to chiroptactor later which im petrified and always think the worse if he cracks my neck but i've been so stiff for months and shoulder blade tingling praying he can help me.

Thank you again

I do not think for one minute they will crack your neck , I hope you manage to relax because I think you will feel so much better if you can and it will help :-) x

Yeah I had that issue when I first started taking sertraline, as well as when I gave up lexapro before that. From what I was told it's half anxiety, half meds. It should go away though.

interesting, I just checked my most recent blood work from July and my co2 level is at 19 which is low, and can cause muscle twitching, spasms hand shaking tinglingetc, So I contact the dr and they tell me not to worry, and this is why I switched to a new dr.. oye

I get numbness and weakness i just thought it was tiredness but im surprised to read in the group it could be antidepressants as im on a lot of them everytime you go to the doctor all they say its a known side effect and they dont want to change you on to any thing else ! What to do now ?

i go to my new dr tomorrow and he will run new tests low co2 levels could be caused by hyprventalation which will cause all those symptoms and also low levels could be a number of things. Praying I get answers with this new one.

I think because with anxiety we focus so much on symptoms that wouldn't have bothered us before I really need to soak in a hot tub for a whole day LOL but sometimes those gross me out especially the public ones

Look on Amazon or eBay they have some cheap portable jets u can put in your tub. My aunt has one . After my miscarriage 8 years ago she set it up for me and it was hella relaxing 🤗 🙌🏾
