Waking up with fast heart beats

Hello!! I have 3 days waking up with my heart accelerated is this normal? Have this happen to any of u? im scared

iv had this a few times only when I work myself up if I start worrying about something I can feel my heart racing I just try and ignore it or just concentrate on your breathing easier said than done but I found that it helps me. hope you feel better soon

Thank you for the response. I wish i can turn all this worrying off. It really sucks to feel like this

I know what you mean it is really hard and when someone says don't worry makes you worry more its a vicious cycle
