Actually, I have experienced this so many times I stopped napping during my lunch brake. After I fell into a deep sleep, I had to wake up with 30-45 min. The waking experience was so crazy uncomfortable I thought I was dead ans coming back to life. It did happen quite a few times at night after falling asleep. Whatever the reason, I found that it always happened on full or semi full stomach. I would suggest not eating 3 hours before going to sleep.
