I just want to get back in it mind you I've had almost every test I've had multiple EKGs blood test chest x-rays my doctor has even listen to my heart and said everything sounds great but had me do an echo and a 30 day event monitor which all came back great also. Now I just want to start working out again now 3 months ago I was in the best shape of my life fairly muscular any adviceon way durning or after my workout my heart shoots off the charts and I go into a panic without panicking my heart just takes off!! 😢😢

How did you

Hi Kingchris. So sorry that you're going through this. The same thing happened to me. I do bootcamp 3 days a week. One day after bootcamp, my heart rate wouldn't come down. I was so freaked out by this, that I didn't work out for months. I was afraid it would happen again. My best advice would be just to go back to working out and fight through your symptoms. Take deep breaths if you feel worked up. That's what I did and I've been ok. Don't let your symptoms defeat you.

Trust me. I know it does. But you have to get angry at your symptoms. Even if you have to shout....STOP IT, do it. Don't let them win. Anxiety does not have the right to take over your body. But it will if you allow it to.

Hello, well it's not your heart that's good news . The feeling you might be feeling could be esophagus spasms it feels like heart palvs or skipped beats . I have health anxiety to and I have come to try to think the least of things now instead of the worst . Your heart rate dose increase with working out that is a given . You will be OK you can not die from anxiety . Work out it will get rid of some of the adrenalin you are storing . Believe your doctor that your heart is fine . Things will get better .
