Cigarettes.

Hey yall , so ive been steady dealing with anxiety , but I noticed i really don't like cigarette smells . It gives me a slite panic ... Its like i get extra nauseous 😢 i hate it ... I stay away from them alot ... But i use to smoke them a lot tgo.anybody else feel that way about cigarettes?????

Hi antonreel, I have never smoked but I cannot tolerate the smell of a cigarette. I am so sensitive to the smell that I tend to hold my breathe for fear of breathing into my lungs. It irritates my eyes and nose as well. The minute you compromise your breathing, the panic sets in. Happy that there are more smoke free areas nowadays.

I hate it now , i hate that i use to smoke them , and im only 22 , its about to be a whole all of this been going on 😅

Hooray for smoke free areas Agora1! I can not stand cigarette smoke either.

any smells that I associate with being bad for my lungs triggers a slight panic..cigs, car exhaust, bleach...I think because my health anxiety centers around my breathing
