Hi im finding it really hard to be around people without feeling anxious and blushing. Someone only has to call my name and a blush sometimes go into panic. Anybody any tips on what to do

I am completely the same, it's annoying and sometimes when I over think how I'm feeling I get into freak out mode and like say well I have to go or something and walk away hahah 😔
Yeah I always make an excuse so I can leave d situation. About twenty times a day. I don't know what to do
I know right, I try and take peoples advice and try to stay calm breath and just put yourself out there and try and talk with people but i cant it just makes me feel worse than i feel even worse for feeling worse to force myself to even try to be in uncomfortable situations.
I know it's so hard. I just hope it's not forever. I might try hypnosis

I went before and crashed on d way. I was me t to do 3 sessions but my car was a right off could only make 1. I can send u the tape to listen to u. If u want give me ur email. He said every night takes about 6 weeks
Just emailed you. Listen to it every night for 6 weeks. You will fall asleep after a few mins but it's ok it's stil ment to work. I only started back last night so hopefully it works 🙏🙏
