I'm 14 years old and I have extreme anxiety about my health. Long ago I was diagnosed with Costco so I get chest pain sometimes. But lately my leg and foot on my right have been feeling weird and are sensitive to touch. It's happened before when I was freaking out about my health. I did the worst thing and looked up on the Internet and it just said the worst thing possible and now I'm freaking out. Can someone help me?

if uve suffered HA for a longer time i would seek help since yet your only 14, before it gets worse
