Well I was asleep and it felt like my stomach sunk in or exploded then I woke up gasping for air I do take lerazapam and busiprone for anxiety and panic now im to scared to fall back to sleep cause I'm scared I won't wake up please somebody help me

Hey. I am not on medication and I have problems with my breathing and chest pains. I also have problems sleeping. You will be okay for tonight though. Please drink water, read a book or something and try to sleep. Perhaps get it checked in the morning just in case.

It mite be side effect of your meds i was on burspar before had bad reaction to it know i take klonopin 5 mg every 12 hr look up your meds
