Dizziness please help 😔

For a few years on and off I get Dizziness usually when I'm in more anxious situations. But it happens when I'm not even having alot of anxiety too. I feel like I have fluid in one of my ears and I'm worried I have vertigo or something. I'm so freaked out I can't even work. Anybody deal with this or know what I should do??

Hi sweetie yes I deal with the same problem I also get dizziness a lot it holds me back from doing a lot of things I want to do, but I been on meds for anxiety and depression for almost 1 year now and they have helped! I don't feel super great I still get dizzy spells but I feel like I can control it a little better, have you talked to your doctor about it? I had so many test done and at the end I was told it was anxiety, I don't know if you know or believe in Jesus Christ but he's been my strength thru everything I'm going thru he gives me peace and calm! Pray to him when you feel bad he's there for us he's real!! God bless
