Bad anxiety and pain

Please help me. My anxiety is so bad. I try not to cry but the pain in my ribs and back are so bad. I've this for four years. I take 3mg of klonopin and 50mg of pristiq but it's not helping because I'm afraid of the anxiety. What do I do? The pain is so much worse when I try not to cry but if I cry my family doesn't want to talk to me. The tension is so bad.
