Hi, I find that taking it with a large glass of water helps with this, milk also helps. I made the mistake once of not having enough water and it hurt to the point of tears.

Agree with Nicnak, I used to have the same problem after taking Amitriptyline,- drinking a lot of water after swallowing sorted it!...easy and simple when you know how!!!!

I get a repeat prescription of omepraole 20m,g capsules to alleviate heartburn and acid reflux because I have a condition called Barrets Osophegus which left untreated causes me a great deal of pain. It is also available over the counter under a brand name but is more expensive than having it on prescription.

Do you take them with food? I was told by my doctor to take both my sertraline and my Painkillers/anti inflammatory (naproxen) with food as they are known to cause indigestion, acid reflux, and other stomach issues. He also said if I have any of these issues to go back and he can prescribe me something for it.
