My anxiety is so bad right now...

My anxiety is so bad right now and I can't stop crying I don't know what to do and everything hurts

When I'm feeling like that the 1st thing I do is sit down, place my feet flat on the ground and take a deep breath they the nose to the count of 4, hold for 4 and slowly release out of my mouth for 4. I do this at least 5 times. Then I give it away to my higher power, out loud and say "I can't so this all by myself, I need you to take this for me". I will take a warm shower, drink camomile tea and keep lavender essential oils readily available and rub it on my pillow at night or take deep breaths using it

Sometimes I will call someone that understands what I'm going thru and they will remind me that how I feel will pass and talk me thru it.

I know how you feel! Grab the Bible and just hold it and pray. It's okay to cry too. When you cry you release stress hormones. I promise it'll help. Cry yourself to sleep if you have to you'll feel better before you know and you'll get rest! 😘

Something is triggering your anxiety and you need to find the cause. You can try taking a really deep breath, then hold your breath, count to 10 or more and breath out slowly. We all know how you are feeling but do not let this take over. You CAN conquer this. Go out for a jog if you are up to it or a long fast walk, you will feel better for this. Someone kind told me to find a small thing which is beautiful, maybe a flower and sit with it in silence. Think about this flower and when your mind wanders off come back to the flower. Start doing something like this for 20 minutes a day every day and see what happens. Make yourself do it. It is meant to help bring calmness to the world. I'm going to try it. Life is about love, when we give love to everything starting with ourselves the world becomes a beautiful place.

So so sorry for you at this time of year, do tell someone how feel, . Are you taking any mei dication? If you are, or have started taking any you may be feeling more anxious at first. I've suffered anxiety for many years. I do hope you start to feel better soon.
