Anyone know how to manage the lightheaded/ dizzy feeling you get with anxiety?

Pinksocks, for me it's a sign that I haven't been hydrating. Drinking plenty of water during helps that feeling. I also then take time for myself to meditate or listen to relaxation/deep breathing on YouTube (the audio videos are amazingly comforting) With each deep breath I feel that fuzzy feeling coming down. Breathing helps us balance ourselves internally. It's a horrible feeling when it happens but can be remedied. Takes practice.

Hi Pinksocks, I find taking a good quality multi vitamin, organic or, natural, B complex, D3, organic flaxseed oil , magnesium 600 mg a day, amino acids with minerals, juice vegetables, especially celery. Get your iron and potassium levels checked, low levels can cause dizziness. Exercise at least 15 mintues daily, get sunlight daily, start telling yourself out loud you are better, and this is going to pass, and pray. I really hope this helps you, it helped me. I also listen to birds and water on youtube, the sound last for eight hours .It will get better, but keep in mine it takes a little time.
