Don't just put up with anxiety, you can control it, minimise it, even rid yourself of it completely. All you need is the knowledge, patience and the will to succeed.

Anxiety happens when your nerves have had enough of stress, worry and overwork. They become very sensitive and start playing tricks on you, panic attacks and palpitations and feeling lightheaded, you think you're gonna die or have a heart attack. But you won't, anxiety symptoms aren't the same as physical symptoms, they're fake, you never do get to have that heart attack or collapse in the street.

Time to stand up to the bad feelings, not by fighting them but by simlly accepting them for the moment, let them come, simply let every muscle go limp, relax and refuse to feel any more fear. When you accept the bad feelings calmly and with the minimum of fear you deny your nerves that which fuels their over sensitivity: fear. And with time your nervous system calms and loses that sensitivity and returns to normal. And your recovery has begun.

Thousands have done it before you, if they can you can. Accepting the bad feelings and symptoms is all it takès.

Try drinking lots of water I find that can help, also to lay down for about half hour and breathing, most of the times it's our breathing.
