Anxiety and depression

Hi

I have depression and anxiety and have my health assessment on 10 november. I have been trying to get better going to self esteem courses and confidence courses which depress me any further. The reason i write is because im very anxious about the assessment. I have an expert coming with me but i am scared of not being believed by the assessors. Anxiety and depression isnt something you can see in one appointment. Has anyone here got experience of a health assessment for disabiliy benefits to continue.
