any anxiety apps worth checking out?

Hey all. I was just checking out some of the apps available to help relax stress and anxiety and I wanted to hear from any one here of any apps worth checking out. There are quite a few so I thought I would start with any that you guys might suggest from your own personal experience with them. Thanks and I hope you are all doing good today.

  • I'm guessing no one has replied because we are not familiar with the apps. You may be more advanced. Please share with us some of these apps and we can review and let you know whether they work for us :) I would appreciate hearing what you think of these. Perhaps you can start a resource for us? Thank you.

  • Hi kinikia95....I searched the app store and found many apps but it's hard to tell which ones are worthy of using and which ones are a waste of time and just in it for the money. I also searched other posts in this forum and found a few apps that others recommended..but those are over 2 or 3 years old and I was hoping maybe to find something more up to date. I tried an app called "Headspace" today for the first time and so far it seems pretty nice. It's only a ten day trail after which you have to subscribe but I'm going to try and see it through the ten days and I'll give you my thoughts on the app.

  • I have a cbt Iapp that I downloaded from the app store. A lot of people have recommend headspace and previously.

    Give them a go

  • Hi is the app you downloaded? I actually downloaded Headspace last night and tried it out just this morning. I like it so far. I'm going to check out some of the others and post my thoughts about them. If anyone else can suggest other apps I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

  • It's OK easy to use . My cbt therapist put me on to it . There's a couple of meditation and breathing exercises in it and a few other bits.

Cbt I coach. From play store on my phone.
