I feel light-headed a lot when I work out. Sometimes I can feel light-headed from not doing anything. Just another lovely anxiety symptom.

Have you ever feel dizzy in your sleep or feel like you are floating and wake up panicking

Feeling lightheaded, tingling, dizzy or panicky are all possible when we breathe too fast. We breathe too fast when we get anxious. To feel better we have to slow down our breathing. And we probably are breathing very shallowly along with too fast. Something to watch out for.

I haven't ever experienced that, but just from the work out part are you breathing deep enough?
